CONSTRUCTION:

The oven is made out of double jacketed and fitted on the angle iron frame to make itself supported. The inside and outside of the oven made out of Imported - Japan, M.S Sheets of thickness of 16 SWG. The entire unit is fully insulated with resin bonded mineral wool. The inside of the oven has been duly painted by heat resistant aluminum paint to give metal finish. The outer chamber of the oven will be painted / powder coated with Broken White & Ferrossa Blue as per Industrial Std. to give extreme Aesthetics.

We have no. of different types of Ovens as customer's application specific. In which Continuous process like Baking, Drying, Curing, etc., are made by Conveyor Ovens, Batch Process are made by Trolley Ovens and Automatic Processes are made by Special Type Ovens for various industries.

INSULATION:

The walls of oven are insulated with 75-150 mm super quality mineral bonded wool, imported from Italy, as heat insulator to minimize the heat losses.

HEATING ELEMENT (ELECTRICAL): The heating media for this specialized industrial/ lab ovens will be high quality tubular / strip type heating elements. The  - high quality heating elements are suitable for continuous operation at high temperature are provided both sides of the oven. Each heating element is an independent unit which can easily and individually be replaced in the event of damage/failure.
